#1 To change application we hold "alt" then we click "tab".#2 To change the size font we look for FONT in the ribbon, we click it and decide what kind of font we want and the size.To put bullets we would look in the ribbon for pargraph.. #3To create columns you must go to page layout and click on columns then choose how many columns you want or needed, and then go to "view' and check ruler.
